Introduction of influenza

Influenza (flu) is a disease affecting the respiratory system, it can be down from the nose and throat extended to bronchial and lung. In China, cases of influenza throughout the year, but the annual February, March and July, the most common illnesses are mostly minor. Influenza virus is usually caused by the three (influenza virus A, B or C), the common cause of influenza A H3N2 virus for more than type A and B-type H1N1. These viruses are constantly changing, a new physiological jacket, so that the immune system does not recognize. In other words, if you or the children over the past suffered from influenza, the new variant of the virus can still make you sick again.
Influenza virus spread rapidly, through direct contact with nasal mucosa in the air or into the Tanxian spread. Patients usually 1-3 days after infection would incidence.


Symptoms:
Typical flu symptoms include sudden chills, fever, headache, Zhoushen pain, sore throat and dry cough, and other day. The more serious influenza will continue to 3-4 days, cough and other symptoms, and require a week or more will not improve.
If pre-school children suffering from this disease, the initial signs of severe cold will be like, up to high fever (39.5 ℃) and runny nose and cough, but also irritability and poor appetite. Hoarseness and some patients have symptoms such as wheezing, diarrhea and vomiting are very common (stomach flu), caused by different forms of stomach problems. Young children may be in three to five days, fully recovered, but may be prolonged cough 1 to 2 weeks.
Not all influenza is a serious, even the same family, several children suffering from influenza, some children may be very serious condition, but some may only stuffy nose and cough without fever.

Treatment:
Since influenza caused by a virus, antibiotics can not fight against the virus, taking antibiotics only to treat bacterial infections complications (such as ear infections, sinus infections, bronchitis or pneumonia, etc.). As to whether the use of antibiotics by doctors will have to decide.
