From the clinic, can be simply divided into the following four categories:
◆ hypercholesterolemia: higher levels of serum TC.
◆ combined hyperlipidemia: serum TC and TG average increase of water.
◆ Hypertriglyceridemia: serum TG levels increased.
◆ low high-density lipoprotein hyperlipidemia: serum HDL-C level lower.
The etiology, hyperlipidemia can be divided into:
◆ primary hyperlipidemia include: family history of lipoprotein enzyme deficiency, familial type Ⅲ Hyperlipoproteinemia, familial hypercholesterolemia; family history of high triglyceride hyperlipidemia, multi-lipoprotein-high fat Hyperlipidemia; unknown reasons the primary Hyperlipoproteinemia: multi-gene hypercholesterolemia; sporadic high triglyceride hyperlipidemia; family of high-α Hyperlipoproteinemia.
◆ secondary hyperlipidemia: including diabetes hyperlipidemia; reduce thyroid function; nephrotic syndrome; chronic renal failure, acute renal failure, drug hyperlipidemia.
